Handicap Tournament
There's another handicap tournament coming up in a couple of weeks. Details on the noticeboard in the club. These tournaments are an excellent example of what the Rowing Club does best - provide an opportunity for people of all levels (from tennis stars down to lowly squash players with uncontrollable slice) to enjoy sport in a friendly social atmosphere.
Weed Removal and General Tidy Up - Saturday 19th Sept
Tennis court cleaning and weeding - Saturday 19th Sept (0830 - 1300) The tennis section have fixed a court cleaning and weed-clearing day for Sept 19th. Could all tennisers and squashers who regularly play tennis turn up and give a hand for a couple of hours? Many hands, etc.
Rowers and social members are also invited to turn up and help with a general club clean

We're getting quotes for a professional clean of the tarmac courts, so they should be back to pristine condition again in a couple of weeks.
